About The Position

On behalf of The Home Office, we are looking for a Data Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based Hybrid in either London or Croydon office 3 days per week.

Requirements

• Strong working experience within Excel
• Strong understanding of PowerBI / DAX
• Analytical minded
• SC Clearance

Nice To Haves

• Hold active security clearance (preference may be given to candidates who hold active security clearance)

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality briefings, reports, and performance updates to support senior leaders in making informed decisions.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and analysis of compliance and assurance data from a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting products that provide clear insights into departmental compliance and performance.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance and compliance data through robust quality assurance processes.
• Translate complex data and analysis into clear, concise written products and presentations for senior governance forums and leadership meetings.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis, supporting departmental assurance activities and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
