Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of data analysis experience
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics
Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL)
Professional certification, e.g., ASQ Six Sigma
Cloud platform certification, e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
