About The Position
The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling. Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives. Cardinal Health at Home Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to operational leadership through high-quality data preparation, reporting, and analytics. This role focuses on extracting, cleansing, consolidating, and visualizing financial and operational data to ensure leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, technically strong with data tools, and experienced in building scalable reporting, dashboards, and self-service tools that support decision-making across the organization.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, or a related role
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc)
- Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g. Alteryx) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of analytical concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to independently perform complex analyses and large-scale projects
- Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple source systems (ERP, operational systems, external files, etc.), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency through validation and quality controls
- Develop, validate, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as conduct ad hoc analyses to provide senior management with critical business insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Proactively develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and business processes and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline reporting processes, and develop innovative solutions that advance organizational objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT, to ensure data alignment and accuracy while effectively collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
- May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment
