About The Position

Sapiom builds the financial payments infrastructure for the machine economy - autonomous spend rails that enable AI agents to transact with real-world services safely, processing every dollar spent, every policy decision navigated, and every risk signal generated. We have assembled a world-class team with deep payments and infrastructure DNA to build the operating system for machines. About the Role A high-ownership, high-visibility role where you'll build the company's operating visibility from the ground up. Requirements

• Experience in business analytics, product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
• Strong SQL skills and Python proficiency
• Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical thinking with comfort working in messy or incomplete data environments
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis
• Clear communicator who can explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own core business and product metrics and define KPI reporting across the company
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that give the team clear visibility into performance
• Pull together data across systems and make it usable, trustworthy, and easy to interpret
• Analyze trends, identify issues, and surface actionable insights
• Partner closely with leadership to answer high-priority business questions
