This role is within the Supply Chain business unit and will be crucial in leveraging data to improve timely business decisions and implement AI solutions across Sales and Operations Planning, Fulfillment, and Logistics.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages like Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with machine learning algorithms, AI frameworks, and statistical modeling techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to derive meaningful insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with supply chain management systems and ERP software.
Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and AI solutions to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless data integration and alignment with business goals.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into key performance metrics and operational insights.
Conduct data-driven analysis to support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights and AI solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and supply chain management to continuously enhance our capabilities.
