The Data Analyst will analyze multi-source data sets to identify trends and performance drivers. This role involves writing and executing SQL queries to extract, validate, and structure data, as well as developing dashboards and reporting frameworks to translate data into actionable business insights. The analyst will also examine customer e-commerce and CRM behavior across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle to pinpoint optimization opportunities and provide analytical support to cross-functional teams. Proficiency in SQL, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Google Analytics (GA4), and business intelligence tools within a retail or fashion environment is expected.
