About The Position

Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking a Data Analyst to bridge business needs and data solutions. This temporary, full-time role involves translating stakeholder requirements into data models, prototypes, and technical specifications. The analyst will define data needs and structure, gather and document requirements, identify data gaps, and collaborate with developers. Responsibilities include developing conceptual data models, database schemas, creating prototypes like dashboards and data flows, and defining KPIs, metrics, and success criteria. The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher) and strong communication skills for stakeholder management. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-6 years’ experience developing and leading analytics efforts to include data architecture, business process mapping and solution development.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
  • Strong written, verbal, and customer engagement skills for stakeholder management.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Department of War or other federal agencies
  • Experience with energy and water utility management issues, especially associated with military installation management

Responsibilities

  • Bridge business needs and data solutions by translating stakeholder requirements into data models, prototypes, and technical specifications.

  • Gather and document business and data requirements; identify data gaps and collaborate with developers to refine solutions.
  • Develop conceptual data models and database schemas.
  • Create prototypes (e.g., dashboards, data flows) to validate requirements.
  • Define KPIs, metrics, and success criteria.
