About The Position

Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking a Data Analyst for a temporary, full-time position. The role requires the candidate to be local to Arlington, VA (National Capital Region). The primary responsibility is to bridge business needs and data solutions by translating stakeholder requirements into data models, prototypes, and technical specifications. This involves defining data needs and structure, gathering and documenting requirements, identifying data gaps, and collaborating with developers. The analyst will develop conceptual data models and database schemas, create prototypes to validate requirements, and define KPIs, metrics, and success criteria.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
3-6 years’ experience developing and leading analytics efforts to include data architecture, business process mapping and solution development.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
Strong written, verbal, and customer engagement skills for stakeholder management.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred.
Experience with Department of War or other federal agencies
Experience with energy and water utility management issues, especially associated with military installation management

Responsibilities
