Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Course(s) of Study: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and generate actionable insights independently.
Proficient in SQL, data querying, and data visualization tools, such as Power BI.
Advanced skills in data cleaning, transformation, and automation.
Exhibit clear communication skills, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey analytical findings to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of methods and processes, ensuring clarity in all reports and records.
Develop an intermediate understanding of the company's core services and how data analysis supports business operations.
Show flexibility and adaptability in handling changing business needs and priorities, and in learning new tools and techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions.
Extract, clean, and transform data for complex analyses and large datasets. Automate repetitive tasks in data preparation, applying best practices in coding and documentation. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining databases and performing regular audits.
Build, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards, leveraging reporting tools to perform advanced data field transformations and to create sophisticated and streamlined data models. Provide meaningful insights to leadership and other stakeholders using data from a variety of sources to tell a compelling story for data-informed decision-making.
Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover deeper insights and actionable recommendations for business units. Apply statistical techniques and advanced exploratory data analysis (EDA) to provide nuanced insights that answer key business questions to improve operations through descriptive and diagnostic analytics.
Work with operations teams to establish business needs and to develop and understand product specifications. Present insights and visualizations to stakeholders, explaining the methodology and business implications of findings. Develop awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting the organization, department, and/or customer. Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to communicate data requirements and address data quality issues.
Present findings in a clear, concise format, preparing visualizations and summaries for stakeholder meetings. Document methods used and steps taken in analyses, maintaining organized records of data sources and transformations. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all reports and documentation.
Use and support database applications and analytics tools. Assess data systems and programs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions. Research new data sources and analytical tools, exploring new data collection and analysis processes.
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
