About The Position

The Pricing and Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that align with Century HVAC Distributing's business objectives. This role involves a blend of analytical skills, market insight, and strategic thinking to set prices that maximize profit and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Pricing and Product Manager will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, to develop and implement pricing models and strategies.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, and / or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical software.
HVAC Industry experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Certification in pricing or related areas.
Proven track record in a similar role within the same industry.
Experience with pricing software and analytical tools.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations.
