About The Position

WECTEC Staffing Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking a Data Analyst to join an innovative team supporting Westinghouse's mission to provide clean energy solutions. This role focuses on supporting a Clean Transportation group, specifically with electric vehicle (EV) programs and analytics. The Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming high-volume data into actionable insights for internal decision-making and external regulatory reporting. The position reports to a Clean Transportation program or analytics manager and involves collaboration with cross-functional team members. It is a hybrid role, combining onsite and remote work, based in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN. Key deliverables include Power BI dashboards, Python scripts, EV program data analysis, and data for external regulatory submissions.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role
Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX), Python, SQL, and advanced Excel
Experience supporting dashboards, analytics, and data reporting workflows

Responsibilities

Collaborate with program managers and internal partners within the Clean Transportation team
Respond to ad‑hoc data requests related to EV program metrics, progress tracking, and KPIs
Track down, validating, and reconciling data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Process daily customer enrollment data for a managed charging program
Develop Power BI dashboards
Provide monthly dashboard readouts and insights to the team
Write Python scripts to automate analysis, data processing, and light API work
Query and analyze datasets using SQL
Support quarterly regulatory reporting and internally produced data used in filings with the Commission
Use Microsoft Copilot and best data practices to improve efficiency and quality
