About The Position

EnableComp provides Specialty Revenue Cycle Management solutions for healthcare organizations, leveraging over 24 years of industry-leading expertise and its unified E360 RCM. The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex healthcare data to generate actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. This role leverages quantitative analysis, reporting, and data modeling techniques to identify trends, measure performance, and drive process improvements. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into analytical solutions and delivers clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or other related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases required
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology (e.g., CPT codes, DRG, claims, inpatient/outpatient)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience writing SQL queries
  • Timely and regular attendance
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Strong ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, validation, and quality of work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently drive work to completion
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while also working independently when needed
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for deliverables and outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred
  • Experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform 3 years of integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code
  • Experience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models to measure operational and financial performance
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and executive-ready summaries and presentations
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Query and manipulate data using SQL and other tools to extract, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis
  • Build and maintain structured datasets, including joining tables and validating data integrity
  • Partner with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data management teams to align data solutions with business needs
  • Apply critical thinking to identify root causes of issues and recommend practical, data-backed solutions
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of all analyses through thorough validation and quality checks
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and processes to support transparency and repeatability
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to drive understanding and alignment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance monitoring
  • Stay current on analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends to enhance capabilities
  • Other duties as required
