About The Position

York Space Systems is seeking a Data Analyst to support payroll and benefits operations by running, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports from the HRIS system and Power BI. The role helps ensure data accuracy, supports recurring payroll and benefits reporting needs, and assists with auditing and compliance activities. The Analyst handles sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality while providing day-to-day reporting support to the team. This position is fully on-site in the Greenwood Village office.

Requirements

High school degree or GED.
1–2 years of experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits, or data/reporting support roles.
Hands-on experience running or modifying reports in HRIS systems.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas, and merger.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Solid communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting.
Permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, or similar HRIS systems is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools; willingness to learn advanced skills.

Responsibilities

Create, run, and maintain payroll and benefits reports from the HRIS and Power BI.
Assist with creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI under guidance from senior team members.
Troubleshoot report errors, data discrepancies, and system issues as needed.
Handle sensitive employee data securely and comply with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits team members on data entry and maintaining data accuracy and integrity across databases and reports.
