Mid-Level Data Analyst
About The Position
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. This role is responsible for carrying out engineering tasks to deliver an advanced visual analytic application. The analyst will develop data analytics for desktop and web-developed visual analytic software, facilitate the bulk analysis of relational information using advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing, and utilize specified open source, COTS, and GOTS technologies. The position involves establishing an application that produces manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of structured and semi-structured data, designing strategies for enterprise database systems, setting standards for operations, programming, and security, designing and constructing large relational databases, and integrating new systems with existing warehouse structures while refining system performance and functionality.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Advanced Data Querying such as SQL
- Knowledge of BI & Dashboard Development such as Power BI/Tableau
- Knowledge of Statistical Scripting such as Python/R
- Knowledge of Data Pipelines & Warehousing (ETL/ELT)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
