About The Position

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to support a Government Client. The selected candidate will leverage Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, to develop data-driven solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support mission-critical initiatives. This role requires a highly analytical professional with experience in data analytics, business process automation, application development, and enterprise collaboration technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on development experience using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience designing and developing Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
Experience developing Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
Hands-on experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and other enterprise data sources.
Proven experience with data analytics, data mining, evaluation, reporting, and visualization.
Strong SQL and Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to successfully complete and maintain a Government Background Investigation (BI).

Nice To Haves

Previous experience supporting a federal government environment.
Previous experience designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint environments.
Experience supporting enterprise business process automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze collected data and transform it into meaningful reports and visualizations that are easy for stakeholders to interpret.
Design, develop, and maintain databases and data management systems.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power Apps solutions to support business operations.
Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency and automate business processes.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
Integrate Microsoft Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Azure, and other enterprise data sources.
Develop, maintain, and administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and related components.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technology solutions that improve business processes.
Assist in drafting, revising, and recommending policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with established standards.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives through automation and analytics.
