About The Position

As a client-facing data analyst in our National Cyber Group, you’ll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. Not only will you provide a deep understanding of their data, you’ll also advise your client on what the information means and how it can be used to make an impact on government technologies. As a data analyst on our team, you’ll perform analysis on relevant information from a variety of sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided. Manages the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of data. Participates in Ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations that build relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders. Collects data and runs basic reports in response to client inquiries. Works closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of client requirements to support development of best-in-class analytical solutions. Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents and/or spreadsheets. Work with us to help drive large-scale business and process decisions through data insights.

Requirements

Knowledge of advanced data querying such as SQL
Knowledge of BI and dashboard development such as Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of statistical scripting such as Python or R
Knowledge of data pipelines and warehousing, such as ETL/ELT
TS/SCI clearance
Associate's degree and 8+ years of experience with IT, Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with IT, or 11+ years of experience with IT in lieu of a degree
