Ensure client queries and concerns regarding IQVIA offerings are addressed in a timely manner within standard agreed upon response times. The candidate will consistently research and respond to all client queries and work with a team of analysts to share knowledge and support workload across various offerings and databases. The role involves receiving and reviewing all client queries submitted by the client services analysts for clarity and completeness, researching client queries using all available tools and performing cross database analysis to ensure accuracy of datasets, determining if issues exist and recommending correction/improvement to the data, working with several support teams to complete research and analysis, and communicating with client service analysts to provide updates and resolutions for the client.
