About The Position

Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and manage data systems that support organizational decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights through reports and visualizations. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and overall business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
3–5 years of experience in data analysis or related role.
Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages (Python, R, SAS, or similar).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Transform raw data into actionable insights using SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Develop and apply statistical methods to solve complex business and clinical challenges.
Design and maintain data collection protocols within EMR and other systems.
Create scripts, tools, and applications to support data analysis and reporting.
Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and relationships.
Collaborate with staff to develop dashboards and present findings to stakeholders.
Evaluate methodologies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
Develop technical documentation and reports as needed.
Provide data guidance and support to clinical and operational teams.
