Data Analyst (Healthcare Data Analytics)

VIVIO HealthRemote, UNITED STATES

About The Position

VIVIO's value to clients rests on proving what a traditional PBM can't: transparent, verifiable savings on drug spend. The Data Analyst will own client-facing reporting and the analytics pipelines behind it, working closely with Client Success, Sales, and Tech to turn VIVIO's data into the evidence clients and prospects need to trust our common sense drug management model. As an effective Customer Success Data Analyst, you will analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This role involves working with various data sources, conducting in-depth analyses, creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute data requests while contributing to customer growth and retention. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for the position. You will love being on this team if you are a problem-solver and are internally motivated to keep your customers, advisors, and vendor partners happy. This role sits within our Client Success Team.
