About The Position

The Guidehouse Technology AI & Data team is seeking talented professionals across multiple career levels—from early career through senior practitioners—to support the design, development, and delivery of analytical and automation solutions for clients across our AI & Data portfolio. This high‑performing team partners closely with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science capabilities, including data querying and wrangling, data visualization and dashboarding, predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation (RPA). Our work enables clients to define and execute their information strategy, generate mission‑critical insights, and make data‑driven decisions that reduce cost and complexity, increase trust in data, and improve overall operational effectiveness. Team members collaborate in a dynamic, mission‑focused environment where they can grow their technical skills, expand their consulting expertise, and make meaningful impact across public and private sector engagements.

Requirements

  • US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher level clearance. Candidates with an ACTIVE "Public Trusts" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
  • ONE (1) or more years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science or business analytics.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience working on data analytics, modeling, or visualization projects in a consulting or federal environment.
  • Experience working with Python, R or other modern scripting languages used in analytics.
  • Experience working with at least one major BI/data visualization platform (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).

Nice To Haves

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Experience with key Federal financial management frameworks/guidance, such as OMB A‑123, GAO Green Book, and FASAB standards.
  • Ability to identify and address client needs, build relationships, design and implement solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate successfully on remote projects as well as the ability to support hybrid and on-site projects in the DC metro area.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments (such as, Databricks, Palantir, AWS, Azure, or Google).
  • Experience with simulation, transportation/logistics modeling, or operations research.
