About The Position

The Data Analyst, Customer Analytics serves as the customer analytics, measurement, and reporting subject-matter expert within Granicus' Granicus Experience Group (GXG), an in-house digital agency supporting government clients. The role owns the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of analytics workstreams that help customers understand program performance, optimize digital communications, and achieve measurable outcomes. As an advanced individual contributor, the analyst independently leads analytics workstream execution, establishes best practices, makes specialized technical decisions, and mentors junior analysts. The role is typically performed on a computer in a home-office environment, using Zoom or Teams, and may involve being on camera throughout the day. Work is generally performed sitting or standing at a desk, with occasional lifting of light objects. Team members may be expected to attend in-person customer meetings, which may require travel. The position is part of a remote-first company with a globally distributed workforce.
