Requirements
- Experience in business analytics, product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills and Python proficiency
- Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking with comfort working in messy or incomplete data environments
- Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis
- Clear communicator who can explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own core business and product metrics and define KPI reporting across the company
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that give the team clear visibility into performance
- Pull together data across systems and make it usable, trustworthy, and easy to interpret
- Analyze trends, identify issues, and surface actionable insights
- Partner closely with leadership to answer high-priority business questions
