About The Position

CICONIX LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Joint Trauma System (JTS), part of the Defense Health Agency (DHA), on-site at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The position is contingent and will begin upon contract award. The analyst will collect, analyze, and report training data; support program evaluation; provide predictive analysis; ensure data compliance; and drive continuous improvement. The role includes analyzing training performance, student throughput, and readiness data in support of JTETD objectives. The analyst will develop dashboards that link training data with JTS trauma registry metrics to inform leadership decisions, prepare datasets for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews, and support quarterly readiness reports and leadership briefings with data visualizations. The position also ensures data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems of record and recommends improvements to data collection and analysis methodologies. This is a full-time, on-site position with regular weekly hours scheduled between 0800 and 1700; core work hours are 0800–1430. The posting states there are no calls, nights, weekends, or holidays. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of data analytics experience, experience with healthcare or educational datasets, and proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Tableau or Power BI. U.S. citizenship and a successful background investigation are required, as is the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. The employee must be willing to comply with government vaccination requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics.
Experience with healthcare or educational datasets.
Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Tableau or Power BI.
Ability to conduct data quality assessments.
U.S. citizenship and a successful background investigation.
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Willingness to comply with government vaccination requirements.
