About The Position

AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) is seeking a Data Analyst Intern for an 8-week paid internship program running from June 15 to August 7, 2026, at their corporate office in Phoenix, AZ. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite and focuses on Data Analysis for Branch & Roadside Operations. The program offers hands-on experience, real-world projects, and exposure to AAA's services. Interns will participate in professional development and training sessions, gain immersive experience by shadowing professionals, build valuable relationships through networking and mentorship, and engage in community and team-building activities, including a volunteer event. Participants will gain professional skills, real-world insights into a leading service organization, and valuable career connections.

Requirements

• Junior college students graduating December 2026–June 2027
• Majors in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or related fields
• Leadership experience and a passion for learning
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite
• Local to the Phoenix, AZ area (housing not provided)

Responsibilities

• Focus on Data Analysis for Branch & Roadside Operations.
• Participate in weekly interactive learning sessions to build essential skills.
• Attend "Lunch & Learns" with internal leaders and guest speakers.
• Shadow professionals in areas like roadside assistance and branch operations.
• Connect with leaders and team members through weekly office hours and professional development sessions.
• Participate in a volunteer event.
• Bond with fellow interns through networking events.
