About The Position

Prison Fellowship is seeking a driven and mission-focused Data Analyst Summer Intern to join their fundraising data analytics team. This remote position involves preparing data for modeling, extracting insights from multiple datasets, and creating dashboards using Power BI. The organization is committed to sharing the hope of transformation with those impacted by incarceration and has been doing so for nearly 50 years. As the nation's largest Christian nonprofit, Prison Fellowship equips the Church to serve currently and formerly incarcerated individuals and their families, while also advocating for justice and human dignity. They believe in encountering Jesus with those behind bars, breaking cycles of crime, and fostering a revival of justice, mercy, and hope.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Math, Computer Science, Data Science or related field
• Currently a junior or senior in college
• Experience with Excel for data analytics
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with predictive analytics preferred
• Exposure to Power BI; experience building dashboards in Power BI preferred
• Interest in learning SQL; experience writing and running queries in SQL for data extraction preferred

Responsibilities
