Reporting into the Director, Data & Analytics, the Salesforce Administrator serves as the dedicated in-house systems lead for YMCA BC, supporting the Child Care and Community Programs portfolios by administering, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce and integrated systems (e.g., Traction Rec) to ensure effective program delivery, reporting, and compliance. The role manages system configuration, maintains user access and role-based security in alignment with privacy and governance standards. The Salesforce administrator provides day-to-day operational support including troubleshooting issues, resolving data errors, and responding to staff requests.
