We're hiring a Data Analyst to join our team during an exciting period of AI-driven change – working closely with a senior analyst to shape how product teams measure success and act on insights. The Analyst will serve as the primary owner of product analytics platforms (including tools such as Pendo), functioning as an embedded partner within the product team. This role requires the ability to evaluate qualitative AI outputs alongside quantitative data, translating complex AI behaviors into actionable insights through model performance evaluation, response quality assessment, and measurement of user trust and adoption. This position is ideally suited for an experienced product or business analyst with a strong data foundation, hands-on experience with AI/ML product analytics, and a nuanced understanding of the challenges involved in measuring AI effectiveness. Success in this role requires strong people skills and a proactive, curious approach, finding ways to plug into product and engineering rhythms, building trust quickly, and continuously asking the right questions to uncover insights.
