About The Position

At Emplify Health, our People Analytics team plays a critical role in shaping data-driven decisions that support our people, leaders, and organizational strategy. As we continue to advance key initiatives, we’re looking to expand our team with a People Data Analyst who can help bridge gaps in reporting, analytics, and data visualization. In this role, you’ll transform complex workforce data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions, support strategic initiatives, and elevate how we understand and support our employees. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as IT, Business, Analytics, etc.
  • Two years' experience
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (HR/People Analytics experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI strongly preferred
  • Experience working with HR systems such as UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and/or ServiceNow is helpful
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Acquire, clean, and transform raw data into meaningful and actionable insights
  • Perform complex data analysis and modeling to support critical business decisions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports that communicate insights effectively
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems and reporting
  • Document processes, methodologies, and reporting standards
  • Support ongoing People Analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
