About The Position

This internship offers the opportunity to participate in critical projects, distilling sophisticated data to uncover insights that drive business decisions. Interns will support achieving client outcomes and providing investors with the best chance at investment success. The role involves gaining hands-on experience in driving insights for various business lines to improve outcomes, sharing these insights individually and collaboratively, and building a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers. Regular meetings with department and internship program managers will provide personalized coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

• In pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in data and analytics, statistics, math, computer science, or related technical subject matter.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
• Proven leadership skills and/or leadership aspirations.
• Effective analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a team-oriented environment.
