About The Position

This internship offers the opportunity to participate in critical projects, distilling sophisticated data to uncover insights that drive business decisions. Interns will support achieving client outcomes and providing investors with the best chance at investment success. The program provides hands-on experience in driving insights for various business lines to improve outcomes. Interns will share their insights and drive outcomes both individually and in collaborative environments. Additionally, interns will build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers, and will meet regularly with their department manager and internship program manager for personalized coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

• In pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in data and analytics, statistics, math, computer science, or related technical subject matter.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
• Proven leadership skills and/or leadership aspirations.
• Effective analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a team-oriented environment.
