AIR’s Healthcare Transformation Program is seeking a Data Analyst II. This role will support healthcare-related projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and experience in quantitative data management and analysis, including statistical analysis, modeling, and producing data visualizations, to ensure high-quality data-driven insights. The candidate will also have experience managing, cleaning, and analyzing complex data from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Medical Expenditures Panel Survey (MEPS), and/or similar large, nationally representative surveys and claims. AIR's Healthcare Transformation Program partners with Medicare, Medicaid, federal and state agencies, foundations, and private organizations to advance evidence-based healthcare policy, financing, quality measurement, and value-based care through innovative research, analytics, technology, and implementation solutions that improve health outcomes, patient experiences, and affordability. This position has the flexibility to work remotely within the United States (U.S.) or from one of AIR’s U.S. office locations. This does not include U.S. territories.
