The role performs data analysis and produces technical reports explaining trends, anomalies, assumptions, limitations, and recommended actions. It independently leads assigned reporting and analytics projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, testing, documentation, and delivery. The analyst develops test plans and performs QA/QC on reports, calculations, dashboards, and data automation tools, and creates visual reporting that presents key performance indicators and business or regulatory information in an actionable format. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, validating, and reconciling data for QDRs, AIR, WMP tables, effectiveness studies, narratives, and regulatory responses; investigating changes, anomalies, conflicting values, missing information, and source-system discrepancies; and coordinating resolution with data owners and program SMEs. The analyst applies statistical methods and diagnostic or predictive modeling as appropriate, develops and maintains interactive Power BI or Tableau dashboards, identifies appropriate sources for defensible analyses, validates data across regulatory deliverables, and documents sources, definitions, methodologies, assumptions, business rules, regulatory requirements, validation procedures, and lineage. Technical analyses are translated into plain-language findings and recommendations for project managers, executives, business leaders, and regulatory stakeholders. Campos EPC describes industry-leading pay, a team environment, a rewards system that aligns compensation with success, career development opportunities, and the ability to create one's own future.
