The Data Analyst is responsible for structuring, exploring, and analyzing data to support business decision‑making across multiple functions. This role is a part of the Integrated Supply Chain team and partners closely with business stakeholders to translate questions into analytical outputs, including curated datasets, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses. The Data Analyst ensures data accuracy, usability, and clarity, enabling stakeholders to derive actionable insights from data.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis
  • Experience structuring and analyzing datasets for reporting and insights
  • Proficiency with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices
  • Ability to interpret and explain data to non‑technical audiences
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field required
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders in a business environment

Responsibilities

  • Structure, clean, and prepare datasets from multiple sources for analysis and reporting
  • Perform data exploration and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders
  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and clearly communicate findings
  • Validate data accuracy and consistency across reports and analytical outputs
  • Document data definitions, assumptions, and analytical methodologies
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics engineering teams to improve data availability and reliability
  • Support ad hoc analytical requests and deep‑dive analyses as needed
