Co-op: Engineering, Data Analyst (Spring 2027)
About The Position

As a Data Analyst Co-op, you will play a crucial role in extracting actionable insights from our data sets, utilizing your coding expertise to manipulate and analyze data effectively. You will develop methods and tools to bring data and actionable intelligence to development teams to improve our products.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled and pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Data Science or related program at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies.
- Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
- Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and data visualization tools (e.g. Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Co-ops are not enrolled in academic courses during their co-op rotation and may work up to 40 hours per week

Nice To Haves
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with modern software development workflows, including Docker, Git/GitHub, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of machine learning principles
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, model and analyze data using programming languages and data analysis software
- Maintain and improve features within existing codebases
- Design and develop software to facilitate the collection and analysis of data from various phases of product development and post sales
- Collaborate with Development, Test, and Field Engineers
- Collaborate within cross-functional analytics community to share findings and best practices
