About The Position
This role owns the full data lifecycle, from raw data sources through structured datasets to actionable insights that drive business decisions. The Data Analyst is responsible for building reliable data foundations, defining meaningful metrics, and delivering insights that improve performance across the organization. This role exists to ensure the business operates with clear, accurate, and decision-ready data in a fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, follow-through, and the ability to move work forward across teams without waiting for direction.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
- Strong SQL skills with understanding of data structures and data flow
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive work independently

Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making
- Define and maintain key metrics that align with operational and business goals
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets and reporting systems
- Identify data issues early, troubleshoot root causes, and implement fixes
- Prevent recurring issues through structured data validation and monitoring
- Work closely with business and operational teams to understand data needs
- Translate ambiguous requests into structured dashboards and reports
- Proactively follow up across teams to ensure data projects move forward
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
- Support development of scalable data structures and reporting frameworks
- Ensure data is accessible, usable, and aligned with business workflows
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strong organization and attention to detail across all workstreams
- Take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion
