About The Position

The Data Analyst 2 works closely with supply chain planners and cross-functional teams to manage, clarify, and create data required for new or changed business needs. The role serves as a subject matter expert for various master data elements, ensuring data integrity and performing data cleansing as needed. It also contributes to process improvement projects involving data quality and analysis.

The successful candidate builds trustworthy relationships with business leaders and co-workers, supports critical digital initiatives and business standardization, and delivers accurate, high-quality work within required timeframes. The role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who can prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a multifunctional environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, QA, and/or Manufacturing.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• SAP Master Data management experience.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Interest in supply chain management careers.
• LEAN or Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with data owners to load and maintain good-quality data, including removing duplicates, completing incomplete data, correcting format errors, and identifying overlapping data ownership.
• Follow business processes and policies for data collection and upload data into systems to maintain data quality and support business processes.
• Define and clarify data definitions, process flows, and policies with functional data owners.
• Update master data element definitions and review data-entry processes as needed to support business needs.
• Lead small process-improvement or data-analysis projects and participate in larger projects.
