Data Analyst 2
About The Position
We are seeking a Data Analyst 2 to join our Professional Services team at iTradeNetwork. Data is the foundation of how we feed the world. As a Data Analyst 2, you'll be on the front lines of that mission: performing data analysis, mapping, and transformation that powers client implementations and drives customer success. You'll extract, clean, and validate data from client systems, develop mapping documentation, identify data quality issues, and collaborate with implementation consultants and project managers to resolve complex data challenges. You'll take ownership of data accuracy, apply your problem-solving skills to real blockers, and continuously explore how AI and automation can enhance efficiency in data extraction, transformation, and quality checks. This is a role for someone who wants to grow fast. You'll work on meaningful projects that directly impact how our customers streamline their supply chains, develop deeper expertise in iTradeNetwork's data models and integration capabilities, and contribute to the evolution of mapping tools and best practices. You'll grow your skills alongside experienced teammates while shipping solutions that matter.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or an advanced degree.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of tools and technologies relevant to the role.
- Foundational understanding of AI principles and openness to learning AI-powered tools relevant to data analysis and automation.
- Ability to identify and test automation opportunities within data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- A team player with a commitment to getting things done.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
- Knowledge of food service or hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain systems and solutions preferred.
- Always thinking customer first.
- Must be able to demonstrate lawful ability to work in the United States

- Familiarity with iTradeNetwork's products and platform.
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology company environment.
- Experience with AI-powered data tools or automation platforms.
- Additional certifications or training relevant to the role.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis, mapping, and transformation to support client implementations.
- Extract, clean, and validate data from client systems for migration into iTradeNetwork's platform.
- Develop and maintain data mapping documentation and transformation rules.
- Collaborate with implementation consultants and project managers on data requirements.
- Identify data quality issues and work with clients to resolve discrepancies.
- Support data integration testing and validation activities.
- Contribute to the development of data mapping tools, templates, and best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of iTradeNetwork's data models and integration capabilities.
- Explore and apply AI-powered tools to improve efficiency in routine data analysis, mapping, and validation tasks.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation in data extraction, transformation, and quality checks to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Participate in testing and adopting AI-enabled platforms and automation workflows to streamline data processes.
- Participate in various other tasks and projects as needed.
