About The Position
This role involves data analysis, data quality management, and dashboard development. The Data Analyst 2 will work with complex datasets and present findings to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum Associate's degree with Bachelor's degree preferred in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience with data analysis, data quality management, and dashboard development.
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, JMP/Python, Excel, or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting R&D, innovation, product development, or technology programs.
- Knowledge of data governance, KPI development, and performance reporting frameworks.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving engineering, business, and program management teams.
