About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Data & AI GTM & Delivery Leader to drive growth, client transformation, and delivery excellence across the Consumer Products, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, and Services (CPRS) sectors. This leader will be responsible for expanding Data & AI consulting and delivery capabilities, developing strategic client relationships, leading complex pursuits, and driving revenue growth through Data, Analytics, AI, Generative AI, and Cloud Transformation services. The ideal candidate combines deep domain expertise, strong executive presence, proven business development success, and hands-on delivery leadership. As a market-facing leader, you will partner closely with sales, account, alliance, and delivery teams to expand Capgemini's footprint within strategic accounts, shape transformative opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes for clients. This role requires the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders while ensuring successful delivery of complex engagements. The right Individual must have demonstrated success leading Data & AI growth initiatives, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, developing executive client relationships, shaping complex consulting engagements, and driving both business development and delivery outcomes across the CPRS sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, professional services, business development, account management, partner management, and/or delivery leadership.
  • Experience within Consumer Products, Retail, Travel, Hospitality, Restaurant, and Services industries.
  • Proven success selling and delivering Data & AI, Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation services.
  • Strong expertise across Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud Modernization, and Enterprise Transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage executive-level client relationships, lead strategic pursuits, develop proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), and drive long-term business growth.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets of $10M+ while managing multimillion-dollar transformation engagements and portfolios.
  • Experience working across complex stakeholder environments, including clients, alliance partners, hyperscalers, sales, consulting, and delivery organizations.
  • Strong financial management, delivery governance, risk management, program leadership, and operational oversight capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary consulting, sales, and delivery teams while driving successful business and technology outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and lead transformational change.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented leader with executive presence, strong business and technology acumen, and a passion for innovation, delivery excellence, and client success.
  • Experience working with leading consulting, systems integration, or technology services organizations and developing strategic relationships with technology alliance partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience and/or certifications in Cloud, Data & AI, Analytics, Program Management, Enterprise Architecture, or related technologies are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with CPRS industry, sales, and account leadership teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities across existing and new client accounts.
  • Drive Data & AI solution positioning, opportunity qualification, proposal development, RFP responses, SOW creation, and executive presentations.
  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans to expand Capgemini's Data & AI presence within target accounts.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with strategic technology partners, hyperscalers, and alliance organizations.
  • Represent Capgemini at industry conferences, trade shows, client events, and executive forums.
  • Participate in client and prospect discussions, helping shape business cases and transformation roadmaps.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
  • Translate complex Data & AI strategies into measurable business outcomes that support growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience objectives.
  • Guide clients through enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, and Cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Leverage industry expertise to identify opportunities for innovation and business value realization.
  • Provide executive oversight for complex Data & AI engagements spanning Data Management, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Cloud Modernization.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Support the development of Data & AI offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and reusable assets.
  • Collaborate with delivery leadership to successfully transition opportunities from sales through execution and value realization.
  • Mentor consultants and delivery leaders while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client success.
