The Dashboard Developer must be able to design and develop data visualizations based on a strong understanding of common and fine-grained visualization challenges. The developer must lead data-driven decision making within a team, determining how to visualize data to address both exploratory data analysis and analytic presentation needs. The candidate must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Specific responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to support financial analysis, procurement tracking, and resource allocation Integrate and visualize data from multiple sources, including financial and acquisition systems (e.g., SQL, Excel, APIs) Lead data-driven decision making by determining how to visualize data to address exploratory data analysis and analytic presentation needs Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver actionable insights through well-designed dashboards Perform Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to prepare and clean data for dashboard use Conduct requirements gathering, data modeling, and KPI development to support business intelligence reporting Validate dashboard accuracy, conduct user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues Implement user access controls and data security protocols in Tableau Server or Tableau Online Document dashboard features, data sources, and maintenance procedures, and maintain dashboards for ongoing use
