About The Position

Applicants will be considered for any power jack start type opening on shift posted. Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required. Must accept work in a cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 28 to 42 degrees. Jobs are fast paced and require repetitive motion. Some positions require lifting, pushing and pulling up to 40+ lbs. Material Handling and Receiving positions require lifting 70+ lbs. Constant standing, walking, and riding of powered material handling equipment. Specialized training for powered industrial trucks required to be qualified within Tyson Foods, Inc.

Requirements

3-Months operator experience (Can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 3 months).
Ability to work in a cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 28 to 42 degrees.
Ability to perform fast-paced jobs requiring repetitive motion.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40+ lbs (Material Handling and Receiving positions require lifting 70+ lbs).
Ability to stand, walk, and ride powered material handling equipment constantly.
Willingness to undergo specialized training for powered industrial trucks.
Willingness to become certified in pallet jack and forklift operation.
Ability to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture.
Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
