This position involves fluency in all dark meat debone production work on a rotation basis. The role requires participation in various jobs within the dark meat department, including hanger, trimmers, styler, bone trimmer, box liner, scale operator, CVP operator, labeler, and stackers. The individual will act as a member of the team, contributing to the development and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies. They will coordinate work to ensure best practices with all team members and attend relevant team meetings. A key aspect of the role is fostering team cohesion and addressing any areas of concern constructively. The position also requires familiarity with Simmons' operating systems, including quality, security, office environment, company policies, and LEAN principles, understanding the impact of individual actions and communicating improvement ideas. The role may involve performing other duties as necessary to support business objectives.
