About The Position

Circa Resort & Casino is seeking a Dancing Bartender to join their Beverage Department. This role requires a fun, energetic individual with strong guest service abilities who can perform daily assigned dance routines and interact positively with guests. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker, adept at preparing and serving drinks, managing the POS system, and upholding responsible alcohol service standards.

Requirements

Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
Ability to multitask.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and Guests.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain required work cards.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender is preferred.
Some dance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards.
Perform routines and individual dances in front of guests and large crowds as assigned.
Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests.
Accurately ring up all orders in the POS system while maintaining the ability to socialize with guests.
Strictly adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and successfully manage intoxicated guests.
Make suggestions to guests.
Know available drinks and their costs, answer guest questions, and work quickly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and designated areas.
Adhere to the provided dance schedule.
