About The Position

The Dancing Bartender is responsible for performing daily assigned dance schedules while also providing strong guest service. This role requires a fun, energetic, and can-do attitude, with a focus on guest interaction and multi-tasking.

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender is preferred.
• Some dance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards.
• Perform assigned routines and individual dances in front of guests and large crowds.
• Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests.
• Accurately ring up orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards, including slowing down or cutting off intoxicated guests.
• Make suggestions to guests and answer questions about available drinks and their costs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and designated areas.
• Adhere to the provided dance schedule.
