About The Position

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is seeking a Dance Instructor to join their team. This role involves conducting Private and Group Dance Classes, guiding students to achieve their dance goals, and enriching their lives through dance. The position requires interacting with people from all demographics and participating in studio events on weekday evenings and/or weekends. Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is a leader in ballroom dance instruction with over 180 locations, committed to making dance accessible and enjoyable for everyone. They offer a welcoming, non-judgmental, and fun "FADS Community" atmosphere. The studio provides opportunities for travel, performance, local parties, and national dance competitions. Responsibilities

• Conduct Private and Group Dance Classes.
• Guide students as they achieve their personal dance goals.
• Meet and work closely with people from all demographics.
• Attend studio events on weekday evenings and/or weekends with students.
• Prepare couples, parents, and wedding parties for their big day.
• Create spectacular dance choreography for wedding parties.
