About The Position

Creation Station Dance is seeking a part-time, permanent dance teacher who is magical, fun, energetic, inspiring, responsible, highly organized, flexible, loves to teach children, and is comfortable around adults. The ideal candidate must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (at least the first doses), proficient in ballet, tap, and hip hop for teaching young children (ages 16 months to 8 years), punctual, and live in reasonable proximity to the studio. This position involves teaching on Wednesday mornings, working at the desk on Friday afternoons, and working at the desk on Sunday mornings. There is potential for professional growth into a Full Time Studio Director position. The role requires availability on weekdays and weekends. Applicants must have dance experience/training and be seeking permanent employment.

Requirements

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (at least the first doses).
Proficient in ballet, tap, and hip hop.
Experience/training in dance.
Responsible, highly organized, fun, magical, extremely energetic, and flexible.
Love to teach children and be comfortable around adults.
Punctual and on time for work.
Live in reasonable proximity to the studio.
Available weekdays and weekends.
