About The Position
Creation Station Dance is seeking a part-time, permanent dance teacher for their Mission Viejo location. The ideal candidate will be responsible, highly organized, fun, magical, extremely energetic, flexible, love teaching children, and be comfortable around adults. This role requires proficiency in ballet, tap, and hip hop to teach young children, starting from 16 months old, with most students under 8 years old. Punctuality and reliability are essential. The position is located in Orange County, with a need for a teacher who can work the desk on Sundays in Mission Viejo and teach on Thursday mornings in Tustin. There is potential for professional growth into a Full Time Studio Director position. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required. Applicants must have dance experience/training and be seeking permanent employment. Reasonable proximity to the studio locations is necessary. A resume detailing job/job-related experience is required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ballet, tap, and hip hop
- Experience/training in dance
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (at least first doses)
- Punctual and on time for work
- Live in reasonable proximity to Mission Viejo, Tustin, and Fountain Valley locations
- Available weekdays and weekends
- Seeking permanent work
