About The Position
DivaDance is seeking a dynamic and passionate Dance Instructor to lead engaging, high-energy classes for adults of all levels. This part-time role focuses on creating a fun, inclusive, and empowering environment that builds confidence and community. The ideal candidate will embody the DivaDance brand, foster strong client relationships, and represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities include teaching choreography, building genuine connections with clients, representing the brand, and engaging with the community. A key aspect of this role is creating an unforgettable experience that encourages client retention.
Requirements
- Experience teaching and choreographing for adults
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
- Ability to connect with diverse groups of adults
- Passion for empowering others through movement
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must have reliable transportation
- Submit a video of original choreography as part of the application process

- Former dance team/drill team/cheerleader experience
Responsibilities
- Teach fun, easy-to-follow choreography to adult dancers of all skill levels
- Lead classes with high energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Create a positive, inclusive, and non-intimidating environment
- Build genuine connections with clients before, during, and after class
- Learn client names and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Encourage client retention through engagement and community-building
- Understand and embody the DivaDance brand, philosophy, and values
- Deliver a consistent class experience aligned with DivaDance standards
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm, positivity, and professionalism
- Foster a strong sense of community within each class
- Support events, pop-ups, and special experiences
- Encourage participation and client confidence
