About The Position

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is looking to expand its team of professional dance instructors. This role is ideal for individuals who love interacting with people, having fun, helping others, staying active, and controlling their earnings. As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will lead private and group dance classes, assisting students in achieving their personal dance goals. This position offers the unique opportunity to enhance people's lives daily and interact with diverse individuals, providing significant personal enrichment. While regular studio hours are maintained, attendance at evening and weekend events with students is expected. Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is dedicated to enriching lives through the power of dance, offering a welcoming, non-judgmental, and fun community environment. We provide group and private lessons, choreograph wedding dances, offer performance opportunities, host parties, and organize numerous dance competitions annually.
