About The Position
Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is looking for professional dance instructors to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who love interacting with people, having fun, helping others, staying active, and controlling their earnings. As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes, helping students achieve their personal dance goals. You will have the opportunity to enrich people's lives and work with diverse individuals. The role requires attendance at studio events, which may occur on weekday evenings and weekends. Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is a leader in ballroom dance instruction, with a global network of studios dedicated to enriching lives through dance. They offer a welcoming, non-judgmental, and fun "FADS community" atmosphere. Services include group and private lessons, wedding dance choreography, performance opportunities, local parties, and national dance competitions.
Requirements
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about dance.

- Exceptional physical fitness/endurance levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.
Nice To Haves
- Years of dance and/or dance instructor experience.
- No prior experience required, as training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Conduct private and group dance classes.
- Help students reach their personal dance goals.
- Attend studio events, including some weekday evenings and weekends.
